• Analytics data: anonymous page views, referrers, and general device type. Managed by Plausible Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifying information.
• Affiliate click data: we track which outbound affiliate links are clicked, in aggregate. We do not tie this to your identity.

How we use it

We use your email only to send you the content you signed up for (newsletter, lead magnet, or periodic updates). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties.

Cookies

The Pause Authority uses Plausible Analytics, which is cookie-free. Our site does not set tracking cookies. Some of the third-party retailers and telehealth providers we link to do use cookies once you land on their site; their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Your rights
